There's another way to install if you're having issues with this method.
I think I encountered an error at some point during installation regarding a demo or something like that, but the game seemed to run fine regardless.
Click Apply and OK and then run Launcher.exe. Maybe make sure "Run this program as an administrator" is checked too. Click the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and choose Windows 95 from the drop-down menu. Right-click on the Launcher.exe file in here, click Properties, choose the Compatibility tab at the top. iso file (right-click on the file, then "open with" Windows explorer). To anyone wondering how to get things working, mount the. iso from the section that says "An alternative ISO is available here, courtesy of Saptadeep". The link posted earlier (danjb's website) has a working copy. I was randomly thinking of this game recently and decided to try and see if I could get it running on Windows 10.
